Global enterprise applications software leader SAP has announced that it has opened a Solution Delivery Centre (SDC) in Kuala Lumpur, established to improve service delivery to large enterprises throughout Southeast Asia (SEA). This is the first SDC to be launched in SEA.
The newly-started SAP SDC in Kuala Lumpur is the 19th throughout the world and expected to increase cost-effectiveness and scalable service delivery while addressing customer proximity for enterprises employing SAP technologies within SEA.
“Malaysia lies at the heart of SEA where there are various multinational companies (MNCs) from around the world already established and operating out of the country,” said SAP Malaysia Managing Director Duncan Williamson, citing the country’s robust infrastructure, strategic location within SEA coupled with the country’s dynamic business environment as contributors to the choice of location.
Additionally, Head of SDC Line-of-Business Solutions & SEA SDC, Chendil Nathan T Vijay believes that skilled expertise is also one of Malaysia’s greatest assets.
