The new plan is most timely given the Covid-19 pandemic and lack of accessibility to affordable insurance and healthcare.

MALAYSIA, 25 FEBRUARY 2021 – Microsoft unveiled results from the fifth edition of its annual study, “Civility, Safety, and Interactions Online – 2020” along with findings from its 2020 Digital Civility Index (DCI). The study examines attitudes and perceptions about online behaviour and interactions, as well as raises awareness for the real-world consequences of online risks.
