The newly launched Hong Leong ConnectFirst (HL ConnectFirst) is set to offer single sign-on access to a comprehensive suite of advanced cash, trade and foreign exchange solutions for corporate, commercial and SME customers of Hong Leong Bank Berhad (“HLB”) and Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad (“HLISB”).
HL ConnectFirst is in line with the bank’s aspirations to embed digital efficiency in business processes, and is infused with innovative features designed to assist business clients in managing their working capital requirements.
This channel provides high levels of customisation on a comprehensive platform. It is able to cater for differing needs of whole range of business clients while at the same time provides seamless customer experience.
Business clients will have access to a full suite of transaction banking services, including account management, payables, receivables, liquidity management, trade, treasury management, e-investment and e-procurement.

Through Hong Leong ConnectFirst, they are able to access and manage their cash management needs virtually from any geographical location, benefitting from the standardised features regardless of their own physical location,” said Domenic Fuda, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of HLB at the launch event on 22 November 2017.
