Mythas Legacy Sdn. Bhd. and First Avenue Partners (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. launched its Love Harbour Melaka project with a target revenue projection of RM32 million in the first year.
The organisation expects great fortune as the revenue projection for the following year is expected to rise to RM48 million and up to RM72 million the year after.
With Malacca having witnessed an increase in tourists year by year, the collaboration project targets to hit 1.6 million tourists flow annually upon completion at the end of the month.
The entire harbour consisting of five acres with 100 units, planned for RM15 million to be invested into promoting the area.
Officiating the launching of the harbour, Hedki Heng, chief executive officer of Mythas Legacy emphasised that the new harbour strives to become a major tourist attraction both locally and internationally.
Heng also stated that currently Mythas Legacy Sdn. Bhd. is on the lookout for more tenants and businesses in order to help grow the Love Harbour Melaka.
“We are seeking for more tenants and businesses from various fields such as F&B, bridal shops, wellness establishments, home decorations and so on.
We target relevant tenants and businesses that can add more value to the growth of Love Harbour Melaka,” concluded Heng.
