Acer debuted three new Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War special edition laptops in collaboration with Marvel.
The collaboration includes the Aspire 6 – Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War Captain America Edition, Nitro 5 - Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War Thanos Edition, and Swift 3 - Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War Iron Man Edition.
Malaysia is one of only eight countries in the Asia Pacific region with the rights to market the laptops, the other countries are Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and India.
Cashing in at RM 3,299.00, the Acer Aspire 6 also known as Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War Captain America Edition, comes with a premium aluminium cover featuring Captain America’s iconic pentagram, and is powered by an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8250U processor and NVIDIA GeForce MX150 graphics.
It also comes with 4GB of DDR4 memory which is user-upgradeable to 16GB and 1TB of SATA HDD storage, while also packs a HD camera with HDR while Dolby Audio Premium.
The speedy network connectivity is provided by the 2x2 MIMO 802.11ac wireless technology and Gigabit Ethernet and its 15.6-inch Full HD display with IPS technology providing consistent colours and wide angle viewing whilst its Acer TrueHarmony delivers lifelike audio.
Priced at RM 4,299.00, Acer Nitro 5 Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War Thanos Edition is part of Acer’s Nitro product line for casual gaming as the laptop’s top cover features a Thanos portrait decorated by In-Mold Roller finishing technology, which complements its bold matte black chassis outlines and hairline-brushed finish.
This special edition Nitro 5 is powered by NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 graphics with 4GB of GDDR5 VRAM, a 7th Generation Intel Core i5-7300HQ processor and 8GB of DDR4 memory which is user-upgradable to 16GB.
