SIMPLYSITI is back to launch their impactful corporate social responsibility (CSR) campaign, called SimplySiti Di Hati 2018.
Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza said the campaign in collaboration with with the National Heart Institute (IJN) Foundation are in line with company’s commitment to help those in need with medical funds.
Launched in 2011, the charitable contributions had already been used to pay for various heart surgeries of 11 children from less fortunate families.
The campaign which kicks off next month, aims to collect donations to help three child heart patients, 10-month-old baby boy Lam Zhe Yi, Muhammad Firas Adib, 4, and 7-year-old girl Mahaani Thayalan, to undergo surgery at an estimated cost of RM105,000.
The campaign collect its funds in a unique way where they follow the donating-while-shopping concept.
“For every purchase of SimplySiti products over RM100, RM5 will be channelled to the IJN Foundation.
“To commemorate this campaign, I will be making appearances at branches of the Creacion X SimplySiti boutique and Watsons store on Saturday and Sunday, as well as this coming Tuesday.
“I hope that people will take part in this campaign to lighten the burden of the families of the children involved,” she said during her opening speech.
Fans will be able to meet the superstar herself on December 1 at the Johor Baru Creacion branch at noon, as well as the Batu Pahat branch of Watsons at 4.30pm.
Siti will visits fans at the IOI City Mall branch of Watsons at 12.30pm and Watsons Sogo on December 2 at 4pm and she will also make an appearance on December 8 at the Watsons store in SACC, Shah Alam, at noon.
