Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) launched the PKNS Mega Bonanza promotion, offering, a total of RM1 million rebates to its property buyers in conjunction with the New Year 2019 and ahead of Chinese New Year festive season.

PKNS acting chief executive officer, Hajah Norita Mohd Sidek said, from January 1 to February 28, PKNS property buyers will have the opportunity to enjoy various attractive offers subject to terms and conditions.

“The PKNS Mega Bonanza is specially designed for our ready-built and ready-to-move properties, which is expected to boost the sales of various projects offered by PKNS.  

“During the campaign period, aspiring homeowners can enjoy up to 20 per cent discount on selected PKNS residential projects which are part of the campaign including our Daffina 3 and Daffina 2 and Elaisha in Kota Puteri, near Ijok as well as our Azhara project in Antara Gapi and our commercial projects of Menara U and Menara U2 in Shah Alam.

“This 20 per cent discount is for both Bumiputera and non-Bumiputera purchasers,” said Norita.

“PKNS also provides a total cash rebate of up to RM1 million for the Hijauan Enklaf project and the Anggun Kirana project at Alam Nusantara, Setia Alam as well as 10 Residensi in Section 17, Shah Alam.

“In addition, buyers had the opportunity to enjoy the Documentation Incentive worth up to RM15,000 for the Hijauan Enklaf, Opal Residensi, Taman Bayu Malawati and 10 Residensi”, she added.

Besides discount and rebate, Norita said that buyers will be given vouchers for electrical goods worth up to RM30,000 for the residential developments of Hijauan Enklaf as well as Opal Residensi and the commercial development of Avenue Rasa.

“PKNS will also provide Smart Home Vouchers worth up to RM15,000 for Anggun Kirana and Vega Residensi.

“With these vouchers, the purchasers will be able to install the Smart Home System Application through which the owner can monitor their home when they are indoors or away,” she said.

Norita also offered attractive discounts to the early bird buyers for Estera, Dillenia, Kamelia and Violet projects at Bernam Jaya.

“Furthermore, PKNS also offers an interior design voucher worth up to RM10,000 for selected projects in Taman Bayu Malawati.”  

“Buyers will enjoy zero down payments, while the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) will be borne by PKNS for selected projects.”

“Besides, the ‘Smart Ownership Scheme’ which expired on December 31 2018, we will continue with the grant of ‘First Ownership’ Incentive which is a 10 per cent discount on the purchase of a PKNS property for both Bumiputera and non-Bumiputera first-time purchasers.”

“The ‘Loyalty Scheme Incentive’ will offer purchasers a 12 per cent discount to PKNS property purchasers for their subsequent purchases of PKNS’ residential, commercial or industrial properties.”

“PKNS hopes, with these various offers, it can further boost PKNS’s property sales,” said Norita.

The PKNS Mega Bonanza incentives include completed houses and ready for occupancy; discount of up to 20 per cent for Daffina 3, Daffina 2, Elaisha, Azhara, Menara U & U2; cash rebates, with total cash rebate worth up to RM1 million for Marbella, Hijauan Enklaf, Anggun Kirana, 10 Residensi; incentive documentation of up to RM15,000 for Hijauan Enklaf, Opal Residensi, Taman Bayu Malawati, 10 Residensi; electrical goods vouchers worth up to RM30,000 for Hijauan Enklaf, Opal Residensi, Avenue Rasa; Smart Home Vouchers worth up to RM15,000 for Anggun Kirana & Vega Residensi 2; Early bird buyers discount for Estera, Dillenia, Kamelia and Violet in Bernam Jaya; interior design vouchers worth up to RM10,000 for Taman Bayu Malawati; the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) be borne by PKNS for selected projects; and finally the PKNS Smart Ownership Scheme whereby “First Ownership” Incentive which is a 10 per cent discount on the purchase of PKNS’s first property to potential buyers for Bumiputera and non-Bumiputera as well as the “Loyalty Scheme” Incentive which is a 12 per cent discount to PKNS property buyers for a second or more including residential / commercial or industry for Bumiputera and non-Bumiputera.

Amongst the list of participating projects for the Mega Bonanza are residential projects such as Daffina 3, Daffina 2, Elaisha, Hijauan Enklaf, Anggun Kirana, 10 Residensi, Opal Residensi, Taman Bayu Malawati, Anggun Kirana, Vega Residensi, Estera, Millenia, Kamelia, Violet.

While amongst the list of participating Commercial Projects include Avenue Rasa, Menara U and Menara U2.
