KUALA LUMPUR, 18 MARCH 2020 – CONSTANT and its network of pharmacies continue to open during this Movement Control Order period. Driven by its team’s commitment to deliver care to the community, CONSTANT is introducing additional initiatives, to help support its customers and patients during this critical period.
These initiatives include providing members of the community a number of available services, including Constant Chat, a secure platform available 24/7 online on Constant app and website, as well as Constant Customer Care WhatsApp at 012-2484018, for customers looking for alternative ways to access their medications, without being physically present at the stores.
Additionally, CONSTANT will ensure that patients have access to the medications they need through its newly launched service - #CONSTANT2U. Through #CONSTANT2U service, consumers in Kelantan, Terengganu, Perak, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Kuala Lumpur can get a variety of health, wellness and other convenience products, delivered to their home, or any pick-up location of choice, within the vicinity of 10KM radius from CONSTANT stores in their respective neighbourhood.
“The outbreak of COVID-19 may be stressful for many. At CONSTANT, we are committed to providing support to our community during this time of need. Our pharmacists are able to give advice on hygiene and immunity. They can also customise health supplement for any individuals based on their health status and share valuable info so our community can feel better, and be better”, said Sally Chuah, Chief Executive Officer of CONSTANT.
Besides that, CONSTANT is focused on maintaining a clean and safe environment in its stores. Extra steps are being implemented for the safety of customers and team members, by regularly sanitizing our stores on an hourly basis, especially cashier and dispensing counters.
Due to high demand and to best meet customer needs, CONSTANT has put into effect purchase limits on certain products to improve inventory and to help ensure products can be more widely available.
To make online shopping even easier, there will be free delivery on any purchase on CONSTANT.COM.MY beginning 18 March and until further notice, with no minimum purchase required.
“We’re working around the clock to best meet the needs of our customers, patients and in communities we serve, as our role as a trusted and caring healthcare partner has never been more critical.
“We also look forward to partnering and working closely with National Disaster Management Agency (NADMA), our network of health professionals and government health officials on response efforts, helping to provide our customers with the most up-to-date information, while also supporting their evolving needs during this pandemic,” concluded Chuah.
