Kuala Lumpur, 22 October 2021 - Aliments is on a mission to digitise the business landscape for Food and Beverage (F&B) merchants. Forerunner in the digital food ordering and cashless transaction sector, the rising tech company has recently launched an all-in-one mobile application (app) for F&B brands to seamlessly integrate into the digital space and to conveniently carry out their business operations.
Featuring over six comprehensive multi-story management tools, Aliments Business is a new one-stop-solution platform to facilitate F&B merchants into the digital space. With this new comprehensive app, F&B business owners will be able to keep track of their online orders coming from multiple platforms, update their menus instantly, and even manage their employees as well as their inventory.
Seamless Management of Online Orders
Online food-delivery platforms have expanded the aspect of choice and convenience for consumers everywhere. However, for F&B merchants it can be difficult to manage and oversee all the incoming orders from these platforms as well as dine-ins smoothly. The Aliments Business app is set to turn things around. Be it foodpanda, GrabFood or even from Aliments’ own delivery platform, this new system provides users the opportunity to view all incoming online orders and sales data for each outlet via one integrated touch point.
Showcasing data categorised according to weekly, monthly and yearly charts, F&B merchants will be able to keep track of their outlet’s business performance conveniently, as all platforms have been integrated to a single POS - Point of Sale.
Customisable Menu & Operation Hours
“With food orders coming through multiple channels - dine in and online, it can be difficult for merchants to cope, especially during peak hours. The Aliments Business app will enable users to customise their opening hours and hit pause for a period of time. This will help streamline operations and ensure no singular outlet gets overwhelmed. We foresee over 100 F&B merchants utilising the Aliments Business app by the end of 2021,” said Kelvin Kwek, one of the co-founders of Aliments.
In addition to that, the new app has made menu editing easier. F&B merchants looking to run frequent promotions or releasing new food items consistently will now have greater control over their store pages with the ability to input new menu items, change pricing and pictures, without a lengthy approval process. With the cut down on approval time, users will get to plan or embark on new campaigns and promotions swiftly.
Employee & Inventory Management
Moreover, Aliments Business also provides F&B merchants the capability to manage their employees as well as their inventory, all with just a click. With the new app, business owners can now manage their employees' authorization levels as well as assign them to work at a particular outlet
Furthermore, in line with the rise in contactless ordering, through the new app, users also get to generate their own QR codes. This is an essential feature as COVID-19 cases are still prevalent. This smart purchasing feature will be able to cut down the usual processes by 80%. With this feature, F&B owners and operators can share it with their suppliers and vendors, reducing contact and ensuring safety. In just a few clicks, a purchasing order can be generated and sent to suppliers, reflecting the status of the order as well. Once the order has been received, the stock balance will automatically be updated and can be monitored via the Aliments Business app.
Business Made Easy
Kelvin further added, “There are many new aspects of the digital space that F&B merchants need to adapt to. It is essential that F&B brands are able to pivot to the digital space without paying a hefty cost. We want to ensure that our merchants are able to grow strongly, managing all their operations all from a single app.”
“We plan to rollout more features in the near future such as financing options and additional marketing tools. This is purposed to help merchants scale much easier and gain more revenue,” said Lee Teng, COO of Aliments.
One of the first food ordering platforms to be developed locally, Aliments has evolved to become one the vital business enablers for the F&B industry. They are currently in the midst of realising their vision of modernising the dining experience, aiming to expand regionally by 2022.
