Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) would like to announce that Jerasia  Capital Berhad (“JERASIA”) has triggered the criteria pursuant to Paragraphs 2.1(a) of  Practice Note No. 17 (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities  (“Main Market Listing Requirements”). 

Kindly refer to the announcement dated 28 January 2022 on JERASIA’s classification as a  PN17 Company. 

Bursa Securities would like to emphasise that it will continue to monitor the progress of  JEARSIA in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements.
