SHAH ALAM (Mar 25, 2022) – Savour the authentic flavours of Malaysian cuisine at Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort from 3rd April to 2nd May 2022 with their ‘Selera Kampung’ buffet.
Held at Kites Restaurant, which is adjacent to the hotel’s swimming pool, the kampong ambience created by the Glenmarie team complements the sumptuous home-style menu of traditional recipes available all throughout the holy month from 7pm-10pm.
The menu will be on a rotation basis daily and will spoil diners by presenting over 88 dishes, along with live-cooking stations. The key highlights are the 13 signature authentic Malaysian specialties from each state, which include Daging Salai Masak Lemak Chilli Padi, Asam Pedas Ikan Pari Melaka, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak Pahang, Kari Kepala Ikan Pulau Pinang, Rendang Ayam Minang, Ayam Percik, Singgang Daging Kelantan, and Dalcha Daging Tetel.
