Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) would like to announce that Sapura  Energy Berhad (“SAPNRG”) has triggered the criteria pursuant to Paragraph 2.1(e) of  Practice Note No. 17 (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities  (“Main Market Listing Requirements”). 

Kindly refer to the announcement dated 31 May 2022 on SAPNRG’s classification as a PN17  Company. 

Bursa Securities would like to emphasise that it will continue to monitor the progress of  SAPNRG in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements.
