Shah Alam, 30 November 2021 – TIME dotCom (TIME or the Group) announced its financial results for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2021 (9M 2021), posting consolidated Group revenue of RM1,025.3 million. The 12.9% year-on-year increase was a result of higher revenues from the data centre and data product groups, with the highest contributions coming from the Retail and Enterprise customer segments.
The Group’s consolidated profit before tax for the period under review increased by 23.7% to RM388.0 million from RM313.8 million for the same period of the preceding year. The increase was attributed to higher overall revenues, a higher share of profits from associates as well as a higher net gain on foreign exchange.

HARNLEN was publicly reprimanded for breach of paragraph 9.35A(1)(a) of the Main LR for failing to ensure that the company’s 4th quarterly report for the financial year ended (FYE) 31 December 2019 (QR Dec 2019) announced on 27 February 2020 took into account the adjustments announced on 30 June 2020.
