Kuala Lumpur, 2 June 2021- Despite the difficult property and construction scenario, Ibraco Berhad had defied the odds to make a sterling net profit of almost RM6 million for the three month period ended March 31 riding on a RM54.9 million revenue.
During this reporting quarter, the Group’s revenue was primarily recognised from its property development projects, namely the apartment suites and commercial lots at ContiNew, Kuala Lumpur as well as the NorthBank integrated development in Kuching.
In compliance with the implementation of the total lockdown announced by the Government of Malaysia due to the alarming rise in COVID-19 cases, Honda Malaysia will close our business operations temporarily from 1st to 14th June 2021 to support Government’s effort to curb the spread of COVID-19. The business operations involved comprise Honda Malaysia’s plant in Pegoh (Melaka), sales office and dealer showrooms nationwide.
Honda Malaysia will resume business operations tentatively on 15th June 2021.
31 May 2021- Alibaba Cloud, the digital technology and intelligence backbone of Alibaba Group, has announced that it will publish its self-developed database PolarDB for PostgreSQL’s source code on GitHub following the Apache Version 2.0 protocol. With the move, the company hopes to create an inclusive open source ecosystem for developers around the world to build better cloud-native databases.
PolarDB for PostgreSQL utilized X-Paxos to ensure its high availability. Developers and data analysts can tap on the cluster version of X-Paxos, including database kernels, related plug-ins, tool scripts, test cases, and design documents, to create systems suitable for core business scenarios for medium and large enterprises.
