SAP Malaysia believes that, within today’s digital economy, customers have become more discerning with a preference for customised products to their individual taste and liking.

According to its managing director Duncan Williamson, two main factors customers look for today are individualisation and speed.

Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah has been officially proclaimed as the sixth Sultan of Pahang in a ceremony steeped in tradition in the Royal Town of Pekan today.

The ceremony which took place at the Balairung Seri, Istana Abu Bakar at 11am is of great significance to the state as the last ceremony was held 45 years ago, when his father Sultan Ahmad Shah Sultan Abu Bakar ascended the throne on May 7, 1974.

According to the rankings published by the Henley Passport Index, holders of Malaysian passport can travel to 179 countries visa-free.
