PR1MA is upbeat that its proposed iconic Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) projects would serve as a game-changer that would help to transform urban housing development.
TOD is an integrated residential concept located close to the workplace, school, healthcare, education and commercial centres, as well as integrated public transport networks such as the LRT and MRT. This will directly increase the mobility and productivity of the community living in these areas.
Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) signed a strategic partnership with Saigon Innovation Hub (SIHUB) to drive collaboration between Malaysian and Vietnamese startups as well as to provide a platform for them to expand their initiatives into both countries.
