Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad, a global integrated engineering services provider, announced the successful securement of thirteen operations and maintenance contracts through both its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Serba Dinamik International Ltd (SDIL) and Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd (SDSB).
The group said four contracts were awarded to its wholly-owned subsidiary Serba Dinamik International Ltd (SDIL) for O&M works in the Middle East.
Serba Dinamik Holdings group managing director and group chief executive director, Datuk Dr. Ir. Mohd. Abdul Karim bin Abdullah expressed, “We are pleased to have secured these contracts, which further affirms the confidence of our clients in Serba Dinamik as well as further strengthen our market positioning in the Middle East.
“These contracts are expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings for the financial year. In addition, the contracts secured by SDIL will increase our current order book by approximately RM512.17 million.”
Besides that, the group said SDSB has secured nine local contracts on a “call-out” basis.
Seven of them were awarded by units and joint venture companies under the Petronas group, with one contract each from Sapura Exploration & Production Inc and JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration (Malaysia) Ltd.
Serba Dinamik Holdings is currently trading on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad under the stock name SERBADK and stock code 5279.
