For those of you who prefer to dine outside but still crave that touch of a home-cooked meal, Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur extends a warm welcome to its exclusive Ramadan Buffet, available at Coffee House, Level 9.
Serving an extensive selection of more than 100 delights from the 19th May to 4th June 2018, guests will be spoiled for choice with Malay ‘lauk pauk’, as well as other Asian and Western cuisines.
Diners can expect a warmth dining experience available at affordable prices: RM128 nett per person and half that price for senior citizens and children aged 6 to 12 years old. As for children below the age of 6, they are able to eat free of charge.
Generous spreads of appetizers such as “Kerabu Jantung Pisang”; “Kerabu Lala Pedas”, “Rojak Buah”, “Tauhu Sumbat”, Grilled Beef Mandarin Salad, “Pecal”, “Ulam”, Chilled Mayo Crabmeat with Corn Salad, Poached Fish with Pineapple and Snow Peas Salad just to name few. There will also be a Japanese counter that offers assortments of Maki Sushi and Sushi Rolls.
Must–try dishes include Gear Box Soup; Oriental Barbecued Lamb (Award Winning Dish in Thailand Culinary competition), Salmon Fish Head Curry, Laksa Utara, Udang Kalio dengan Belimbing Buluh, Daging Masak Lemak cili Padi, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak.
All these scrumptious delights are specially crafted by the Executive Chef of the Hotel, Rossham Rosli, who has more than 25 years of experience in hospitality industry.

To add to the dining excitement, there will be 12 action stalls featuring the best of Chef Rossam’s Ramadan favourites: Grilled Fish (Ikan Bakar), Grilled Seafood (squids and prawns), Chicken Chop with Mushroom Sauce, Chicken Shawarma, Cucur (Cucur Ikan Bilis, Cucur Udang, Cucur Kelapa & Cucur Pisang) and also the Kuih Talam in Loyang stalls, featuring 10 types of Kuih Talam i.e. Talam Keladi, Talam Seri Muka, Talam Lapis, Talam Lapis Pelangi, Talam Pandan, Talam Gula Melaka, Talam Jagung, Talam Cendol, Talam Berlauk and Talam Durian.
From the 15th of May to the 4th of June, the Hotel can cater for corporate companies as well as large groups at ‘Meet on 35’ and 14 other function rooms available at the rate of RM108 nett per person. A minimum 30 bookings is required per group. The long-awaited buffet will be open to the public from 6.00 p.m. onwards.
