Fonterra’s foodservice business Anchor Food Professionals is looking to crown the finest chefs in the world, as it co-hosts two prestigious competitions at the upcoming Worldchefs Congress & Expo 2018 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Anchor Food Professionals is the event’s exclusive dairy partner for the Global Pastry Chefs Challenge and Global Young Chefs Challenge, supplying high quality, fit-for-purpose dairy ingredients for each competition.
The successful ten finalists from around the world will compete against each other to prepare innovative culinary dishes and pastries, while showcasing their knowledge, extraordinary technique and versatility.

In addition, Anchor Food Professionals will showcase their range of dairy products, including Anchor Food Professionals Whipping Cream, Anchor Food Professionals Butter, Anchor Full Cream Milk and Anchor Food Professionals Cream Cheese to name a few, over the three days.
There will also be a special demonstration by a mixologist, creating the latest beverage sensations featuring Anchor Food Professionals products.

From conceptualising menu and display ideas to training a customer’s wider team, Anchor Food Professionals is dedicated to providing premium products and business expertise, to give customers an edge in the highly competitive foodservice industry.
The Anchor Food Professionals exhibit is at Hall 2, Booth Number 2101 at the Worldchefs Congress & Expo 2018, which is being held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from July 11 to July 14.
