Khazanah Nasional Bhd has confirms news reports that all Members of the Borad of Directors including the Managing Director Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar and Executive Chairman Tan Sri Nor Md Yusof have offered to resign from the oard. 

According to a media statement released by the country’s sovereign fund, this is done in order to facilitate a smooth and orderly transition under the new Government.

The current Board have been honoured to serve and feels it appropriate to offer the new Government the discretion and reaffirms the prerogative to form the new Board, the statement said.

Other Board members offering their resignation include Datuk Sri Nazir Razak, Datuk Dr Nirmala Menon, Tan Sri Mohamed Azman Yahya, Datuk Mohammed Azlan Hashim, Yeo Kar Peng, Tan Sri Andrew Sheng Len Tao and Raja Tan Sri Arshad Raja Uda.
