PropSocial, Malaysia’s property website introduced its very first “The People’s Property Expo” at One World Hotel, Bandar Utama on August 8 to 12. 

The exhibition was joined by the nation’s renowned industry developers where the developers showcased their new launches and developments.

The exhibition which was designed to walk buyers through the property-buying process, served as a platform for anyone looking to buy their first home or to add to their property portfolio for investment purposes.

“The result of the research and expectations from reliable consulting firms indicates that the market at random is slowly rise after an increase in confidence as well as the existence of new sentiments in the market”, said Senator Datuk Raja Kamarul Bahrin Shah Ibni Raja Ahmad Baharuddin Shah.

In conjunction with the expo, PropSocial also holds The Realest Property Award Ceremony.

PropSocial partner up with Hong Leong Bank and RHB Bank as the official partners to ease the property-buying process such as loan application, purchase and tender submission.
