Malindo Air has tied up with Tripcarte.asia, a tourism-ticketing platform to allow its customers to plan, review and confirm their holiday activities prior to their travel date.

Malindo Air passengers will enjoy special rates and be able to use exclusive express lanes at various attractions to skip queues.

They will also receive immediate confirmation and enjoy free cancellation policies to ensure flexibility with their travel plans.

Malindo Air chief executive officer, Chandran Rama Murthy believed that this partnership will allow Malindo Air passengers to have peace of mind when they travel while saving time and cost.

“We are continuously innovating to bring greater experience to our passengers, through our product and services.

“This new feature allows our passengers to book their holidays activities in advance, therefore spending less time on decision making and queues during their holidays,” he said.

Tripcarte managing director, Parthiven Shan said that there is also a dedicated customer service channel for Malindo Air customers through a 24/7 customer care hotline and online chat services through the portal to inquire and check on their bookings.

“Our focus is to ensure that the travel experience for the guest is always a pleasant one and we will ensure that Malindo Air passengers enjoy a dedicated customer service channel for any inquiries,” said Shan.

To enjoy these special rates and convenience, Malindo Air customers should look out for the list of attractions that will be displayed on the confirmation page after purchasing airline tickets.
