Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (“Alliance Bank” or the “Bank”) today informed that a non-client facing employee based at its headquarters in Menara Multi-Purpose has tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on 22 December 2020, and is currently pending medical treatment at a local hospital. The affected employee has been physically absent from office since 19 December 2020.
In line with the Bank’s safety and health guidelines on COVID-19, we have notified other employees who may have had close contact with the affected employee. We have arranged for the employees to get tested for COVID-19, and have advised them to remain in home quarantine.
