Malaysia, 23 July 2021 — Singapore-based medtech startup N&E Innovations launched its latest C2+ range of organic disinfectants in Malaysia earlier in June. This follows their Malaysian launch of their antiviral Vi-MASK face masks in March this year. Both C2+ and Vi-MASKs are distributed by DCS Maju, a Malaysian cleaning solutions company with nearly 15 years of experience, and accredited by The British Institute of Cleaning Science and Malaysia Association of Cleaning Contractors.
Established in 2020, N&E Innovations was founded by Didi Gan with the intention to provide users with a safer alternative range of products that can be used by people of all ages. The startup identified the importance of sustainability and the harsh effects of chemicals as major pain points to eventually engineer its innovative molecular coating technology, Vi Kang 99.

In applying Vi Kang 99 technology to their product range, N&E Innovations has strengthened their existing offerings for widespread use, a move most critical amidst this global pandemic.
Launched in May 2021, C2+ is N&E Innovation’s latest range of products. The manufacturing process for the all-surface, all-natural disinfectants is in line with N&E Innovations’ promise to be environmentally sustainable while enabling the highest level of sanitization for all users. One coat of the organic, plant-based and yuzu-scented multi-purpose disinfectant coats all surfaces, providing users with up to 7 days of antibacterial protection and preventing further bacteria growth. The commercial-grade disinfectants are also suitable for disinfecting large spaces such as those of airplanes, retail outlets, schools, warehouses and offices.
Likewise, the antiviral Vi-MASKs were created at the peak of the pandemic after N&E Innovations noticed the lack of proper and comfortable mask options. The company most recently launched its Vi-MASK Elite Sport Edition, a new and improved range of its eponymous antiviral mask for athletes. This collection has been developed to be thinner and more comfortable than its predecessor, while maintaining the same level of antiviral protection.
Both C2+ and Vi-MASK are available for sale online and in physical stores in Malaysia.
N&E Innovations also signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia to further research and development for their Vi Kang 99 technology that is able to inactivate up to 99% of viruses and bacteria it comes in contact with for long periods of time. The company constantly collaborates with various global research institutes and third-party testing labs to certify the effectiveness of Vi Kang 99 in other regions of the world.
