KUALA LUMPUR, 20 DECEMBER 2021: Troopers took home 5 gold and 1 silver at The Vendor of The Year (VOTY) 2021 awards gala last night, which took place at Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara.
Troopers who are an end-to-end HR Tech digital solutions company, were competing among some of the best in the industry so it was an extremely proud moment for the Group when they bagged the following wins: -

VOTY aims to recognise and celebrate the trailblazers that have provided invaluable support and solutions that empower the HR industry to achieve above and beyond. Without doubt the past year has been extremely exigent for the industry and those related to but it has driven HR solution providers and consultants like Troopers to put their best foot forward.

During the pandemic, Troopers played an active role in providing their services to hiring managers and job seekers. Their digitalised HR processes made it easy for the hiring managers when it came to managing their part-time recruits in terms of attendance management, payroll management and, and flexible payment terms. The work opportunities provided by the hiring managers allowed Troopers to help those who were severely affected by the pandemic and were looking for a job to sustain themselves.
The awards were judged by a panel of top HR leaders and this year, the panel included senior HR professionals from brands such as AstraZeneca, Coway (Malaysia), Dexcom, Goodhope Asia, KPMG, Maxis, Malaysia Airlines, McDonald’s Malaysia, Merck, MPI Generali, OCBC Bank, PwC Malaysia, Royal Selangor International, The MUI Group and more.
