Dear Mr. Secretary General,

On behalf of the Iranian Red Crescent Society, I would like to convey my warmest regards to you and your diligent staff and volunteers of the Malaysian Red Crescent.

With great sorrow, we heard the sad news of severe flooding in Malaysia on Friday. 17th Dec 2021 unfortunately caused damages to residential areas and the death toll of people in your country.

In this hard situation, the IRCS expresses its condolences to you, your colleagues in the Malaysian Red Crescent, and the people of Malaysia especially expressing sympathy with the families of victims and those affected by this disaster. We stand with you during this hard time by expressing our readiness to deploy search & rescue and medical teams to your country as well as any assistance.

The IRCS wishes you and your colleagues all the very best in your endeavors in reducing human suffering.
