Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) would like to announce that Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad (“SERBADK”) has triggered the criteria pursuant to Paragraph 2.1(d) of Practice Note No. 17 (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Main Market Listing Requirements”).
Kindly refer to the announcement dated 6 January 2022 on SERBADK’s classification as a PN17 Company.
Bursa Securities would like to emphasise that it will continue to monitor the progress of SERBADK in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements.
