Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) would like to announce that Airasia  Group Berhad (“AAGB”) has triggered the criteria pursuant to Paragraphs 2.1(a) and 2.1(e) of Practice Note No. 17 (“PN17”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities  (“Main Market Listing Requirements”). 

Kindly refer to the announcements dated 7 January 2022, 13 January 2022 and 14 January  2022 on AAGB’s classification as a PN17 Company. 

Bursa Securities would like to emphasise that it will continue to monitor the progress of AAGB in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements.
