PETALING JAYA, Feb. 17, 2022: Leading electronics manufacturer LG Electronics (LG) Malaysia has recently been awarded the Bronze award for the Personal, Household & Outdoor Appliances category at the 2021 Putra Brand Awards. The Putra Brand Awards is the only brand awards in the country endorsed by Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) and supported by the Malaysian Advertisers Association (MAA), the Media Specialists Association (MSA) and the Malaysian Digital Association (MDA).
Launched in 2010 by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia (4As) in association with the Malaysia’s Most Valuable Brands (MMVB), the Putra Brand Awards recognises brand building as an integral business investment, measured by consumer preference.
The winners of the Putra Brand Awards are determined through a consumer survey and research hosted by a global market research firm. LG was named one of the most-preferred Personal, Household & Outdoor Appliances brands in the market with Malaysian consumers as the judges of the Putra Brand Awards. Also known as the “People’s Choice Awards, LG’s win at the Putra Brand Awards is all the more rewarding as it showcases the company’s prominence and consumers’ preference in the industry.
