The platform excels as a design tool that provides access to more than 1500 3D floor plan renders, inspired by real-estate projects in the Klang Valley, allowing users to explore combinations of furniture and fittings easily from 150 brands before making a purchase.

By utilising the in-app features, users can bring their interior design ideas to life, exercising their creativity by mixing and matching furniture choices. This also closely mimics the experience of walking through one’s home and space, while determining furniture placement and design. Moreover, it ensures the accuracy of dimensions for any given floorplan, reassuring homeowners that the furniture purchased will always be a good fit for their spaces, thus enabling a seamless in-store shopping experience.

Designing Your Dream Home at No Cost with SofaX
The process begins with users choosing a floor plan. Following that, users are free to allow their creative juices and individualism to flow. From choosing the ideal paint colour for the walls and the ceiling to deciding on the flooring material, homeowners will experience accurate representations of their visualised space.
Once customizations to the floorplan are ready, users can begin virtually furnishing the space with rendered depictions of furniture, appliances, and other decorative pieces.
