Pada program ini YB Datuk Hajah Zuraida telah menyerahkan alat mengukur kandungan getah kering bagi lateks kepada pelesen-pelesen getah dan input pertanian kepada pekebun kecil getah yang merupakan peserta dalam program insentif ini. Sebelum itu, sesi taklimat berkenaan Program Insentif Pengeluaran Lateks (IPL) dan aktiviti-aktiviti khidmat LGM telah disampaikan kepada semua peserta.
