Kuala Lumpur, 13 October 2021 - Alibaba Cloud Innovation Centre has joined hands with Fidelity Funding, a venture capital corporation with the aim of propelling local businesses to greater heights by equipping them with the latest information and know-how in digital transformation. 

The collaboration is set to kick-off with the upcoming Alibaba Cloud Demo Day 2021 which will be conducted across a series of events - Demo Day 2021. The series will also look to nurture the next generation of fresh talent.

KUALA LUMPUR, 13 OCTOBER 2021 – Sunway Berhad (Sunway), through its wholly owned subsidiary Sunway Shared Services Sdn Bhd, and Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Huawei) sealed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore a collaboration to develop and  advance the Sunway Digital Innovation Programme.  

The MoU aims to explore the potential for Huawei to drive new digital service initiatives through the  Sunway Digital Innovation Programme that advances the digital transformation throughout Sunway Group, one of Malaysia’s leading conglomerates with 13 business divisions, with its flagship smart sustainable township and living laboratory Sunway City Kuala Lumpur as the testbed for innovative  solutions. 

SUBANG JAYA, 13 October 2021 – Digi Business has extended its partnership with world’s leading nitrile glove manufacturer, Hartalega, working together towards the latter’s digitalisation journey. Under this partnership, Digi Business is upgrading the connectivity points at Hartalega’s plants in Sepang and Bestari Jaya to serve its growing business and workforce.

To support Hartalega’s needs for cost-effective connectivity solutions due to its aggressive business expansion, Digi Business is currently installing portable base transceiver stations (PBTS), lampoles and permanent rooftop base transceivers at Hartalega’s hostels in Sepang and Bestari Jaya. This dedicated network enhancement setup will help to address any connectivity challenges that Hartalega may have in the future, allowing their employees to easily stay connected at work and with their families.
