Verdant Solar Sdn. Bhd. has made history with its official recognition in the Malaysian Book of Records for achieving the highest number of residential solar photovoltaic (PV) system installations in a single year, for the third year running. This milestone reaffirms Verdant Solar’s leadership in Malaysia’s renewable energy sector, as the company continues to drive widespread adoption of sustainable energy solutions.

In 2024 alone, Verdant Solar installed over 3,148 solar systems, more than doubling its previous record from 2023. The app features a solar savings calculator which estimates potential savings and recommends system sizes, along with a custom proposal generator that allows users to input electricity details, visualise panel placement, and receive an automated system design. Once installed, homeowners can access real-time solar performance monitoring, track energy production trends, and gain personalised energy and fiscal saving insights — all on a single platform.

To enhance the user experience, the app also offers step-by-step customer journey tracking, which provides real-time updates on installation progress. An integrated customer support chat ensures users receive prompt assistance with troubleshooting, maintenance, and inquiries. Additionally, a referral program allows users to share unique referral links with friends and family, earning rewards when referrals sign up for Verdant Solar’s services. By combining smart tracking, real-time insights, and seamless support, Verdant Home simplifies solar management and makes sustainable energy adoption more accessible than ever. Aiming to curate a seamless, intelligent closed-loop ecosystem, the app will also integrate smarter energy management features, reinforcing Verdant Solar’s mission to provide comprehensive, sustainable, and future-ready energy solutions for Malaysians.
