This partnership enables the admin users of Digi’s HR super app, altHR and People Psyence®’s Employee Management System, OZ to have integrated access via both platforms for more efficient workforce management.
Through this partnership, altHR admin users will also be able to access OZ’s talent acquisition features such as timeline management system, in-built psychometric assessments, and powerful score weighting and filtering, giving them insights and helping them to better understand the competency and psychological variables of incoming talents.
