Kuala Lumpur, June 26, 2022 ‒ The Corporate Shared Services Centre of DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad has recently emerged as the winner of two regional “Best Run” awards organized by SAP.

As one of the world’s leading enterprise application providers, SAP hosted the award ceremony to celebrate leading organizations in Southeast Asia that have emphasized new ways of thinking, adapted to new norms, and deployed technologies that set the benchmark for others to follow.

DKSH has won the accolades for “Best Customer Experience Management” together with the “Sustainability Award”, the latter being a new award, introduced to highlight an exemplary customer that has adopted SAP technologies to innovate and disrupt industries to drive greater business outcomes.

- The Future Maker Sustainability Award:

This award acknowledges DKSH’s redesign and optimization of its warehouse operation processes, resulting in a 50% productivity increase of receiving trucks and queue reduction as well as a reduction of 29 million kms driven and 18,300 tons of CO2. This achievement is a significant progress towards DKSH’s 2030 sustainability targets.

- The X Factor Best Customer Experience Management:

DKSH has earned this award for building an online Product Information Management (PIM) system to create and standardize digital product contents. This system helped the company to accelerate its digital footprint in Asia and Europe and drive digital experiences for its business partners, such as Healthcare’s DKSH Connect+ and Performance Materials’ DKSH Discover.

SAP also recognized DKSH with a “Certificate of Appreciation” for being a “Key Business Leader” among the top 3 Malaysian Key Business Leaders who had participated in advocacy activities on SAP’S reference engagement platform.
