UBB Investment Bank Limited (UBB IB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of UBB Amanah forged a strategic partnership with the Federal Territories Islamic Religious Council Zakat Collection Centre (PPZ-MAIWP). The partnership, a milestone, is aimed at providing comprehensive and shariah-compliant services while promoting zakat among Muslim clients and assisting with the collection of zakat. 

The signing of the Memorandum of Appointment (MoA) solidifies the commitment to providing holistic financial services that align with religious obligations which pave the way towards managing zakat contributions of clients on behalf of PPZ-MAIWP.  This partnership is more than a financial collaboration; it represents the seamless fusion of financial expertise and religious responsibility. Present at the event were Razlan Raghazli, Chief Executive Officer, UBB Investment Bank Limited, and Tuan Haji Abdul Hakim Amir Osman, Chief Executive Officer of PPZ-MAIWP.

UBB IB will offer the zakat collection service in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Labuan.
