Epson, a global technology provider, today announced the grand opening of its first Solution Center in Kuching, Sarawak. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to foster a collaborative environment that will bring customers, partners, and industry experts together to explore innovative solutions. The launch event was officiated by Mr Sih Hua Tong, Commissioner of Kuching North City Hall.

The new Epson Solution Center showcases the company’s commitment to the Malaysian market and its dedication to pushing the boundaries of innovation and sustainability. It will serve as a hub for Epson to engage with the local community through seminars, workshops, and strategic partnerships.

During the event, Epson also unveiled their latest product innovation – the WorkForce Enterprise AM-Series A4 Models. These new compact, energy-efficient business inkjet printers represent a significant advancement in office printing technology, emphasizing Epson’s commitment to sustainability by aligning with their global initiative to phase out laser printers.
