KUALA LUMPUR, 21 JULY 2022 - Celebrated and all-rounder woman entrepreneur Dr Jezamine Lim, CEO & Co Founder of Cell Biopeutics Resources received the Distinguished Woman Entrepreneur Lifetime Achievement Award at the World Women Economic & Business Summit organised by KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific yesterday.

KUALA LUMPUR, 21 July 2022 – Demand for internet bandwidth in Malaysia continues to rise with the Malaysia Internet Exchange (MyIX) reporting a peak of 1.46 Tbps in June 2022, more than doubling the 588 Gbps posted in May 2020 during the first Movement Control Order.
MyIX chairman Chiew Kok Hin said that this record peak shows that the internet and digital economy are deeply entrenched in Malaysian lifestyle and work cultures today.
SUBANG JAYA, 21 July 2022 – Digi.com Berhad (“Digi”) today announced its FY2022 second quarter results, delivering a steady quarter on the back of improved network performance, catering to customers’ increasing digitalisation needs.
Digi continued investments in strengthening its network quality and availability, with CAPEX amounting to RM175 million, or CAPEX-to-total revenue ratio of 11.4% in the quarter under review. This supported the company’s commitment to deliver high-speed connectivity and improved quality of experience to its customers, as demand for data continued to surge. Total data traffic rose 4.9% Y-Y, while monthly average data per user stood at 21.9GB. Average download speeds further improved to 44.1 Mbps from 42.2 Mbps in the last quarter, reflecting the company’s network leadership position and its commitment to providing the fastest and most consistent network experience to its customers.
