KitchenAid Heralds A New Era of Culinary Freedom
with the Go Cordless System
Legacy meets innovation as KitchenAid empowers with the freedom to make, move, and create—powered by one interchangeable battery
KitchenAid, the iconic brand trusted by generations of makers since 1919, is setting a new standard in kitchen convenience with the launch of the Go Cordless System—a forward-thinking lineup of small appliances designed for convenient cooking and living today. Combining portability, performance and style, this new collection enhances the cooking experience without being bound by cords.
The new KitchenAid cordless system features six new innovative cordless small appliances, all powered by the same interchangeable battery, enabling seamless transitions from prep to clean-up. Four are now available in Malaysia - the Go Cordless Hand Mixer, offers seven speeds and a Soft Start™ function that minimizes splatter for cleaner preparation. The Go Cordless Hand Blender includes a four-point stainless steel blade and variable speed trigger, enabling controlled blending directly in pots or pitchers. The Go Cordless Food Chopper offers a five-cup capacity and one-click assembly, suited for quick tasks like chopping herbs, vegetables, or nuts. The Go Cordless Personal Blender includes a 16-ounce jar and travel lid, supporting on-the-go lifestyles with easy blending and portability.
Completing the lineup are the Go Cordless Blade Grinder, ideal for grinding fresh coffee beans or spices, and the Go Cordless Citrus Juicer, a versatile reamer juicer which utilises forward and reverse movements for better extraction of juices – from grapefruits to limes.
The KitchenAid Go Cordless System eliminates the hassle of fixed kitchen setups, clearing clutter, and expanding the possibilities of where cooking can take place. Whether indoors or outdoors, it enables creativity to flow freely—redefining what it means to ‘make anywhere’.
Tailored for modern lifestyles, the Go Cordless System is designed for urban professionals, lifestyle seekers, and food enthusiasts who prioritize flexibility in their cooking adventures. At the center of the system is a removable 12V Max lithium-ion battery that powers all six appliances, supported by a sleek, compact charging dock that keeps everything streamlined and ready to use.
Ms. Lim Pei Yan, Co-owner and Executive Director of Visionary Solutions Sdn Bhd, the exclusive distributor of KitchenAid in Malaysia, shared that KitchenAid is strategically expanding its footprint in the Malaysian cordless small appliance market. “This cordless ecosystem is designed to grow year over year, boosting consumer confidence in our commitment to the category, and maximizing the everyday benefits of going cordless. It marks an exciting step forward in our efforts to provide the freedom to make—anytime, anywhere—cementing KitchenAid’s leadership in the premium kitchen appliance space.”
The global cordless appliances market is projected to grow from USD 41.4 billion in 2022 to USD 77.2 billion by 2031, driven by increasing demand for portable, flexible kitchen solutions. Meanwhile, compact kitchen appliances are fuelling rapid growth in the small appliances category, with the global market expected to grow at a CAGR of 5.9% through 2030 as urban consumers prioritize space efficiency. Malaysia mirrors this trend, with rising demand for portable and space-saving solutions. “The Go Cordless System meets this moment,” said Ms. Lim. “It is not just cordless—it is cooking unchained, whether you’re blending smoothies indoors or prepping sambal by the pool.”
Cordless functionality is increasingly sought after by premium consumers—those who desire products that perform well while complementing their refined lifestyle and space. The Go Cordless System supports clean, uncluttered counters while delivering the same trusted performance KitchenAid is known for.
Chef Collin from TCH Foodworks, enthused,” As a chef, I believe great and creative cooking comes from feeling free and at ease in your space. The Go Cordless System gives you that freedom—it lets you move effortlessly from kitchen to balcony or garden, making the act of cooking feel more natural and intuitive. What stands out to me is how KitchenAid has preserved the power and reliability it is known for while designing a product that fits seamlessly into modern homes. It is a classic appliance, thoughtfully reimagined for today’s way of living,”
The KitchenAid Go Cordless System is now available at leading retailers nationwide such as Harvey Norman, SEIBU The Exchange TRX, Parkson, TBM, Shopee, Lazada and online at www.kitchenaid.my.
